My Bio-
Welcome, my name is Mr. Morse. I moved to Northern Virginia six years ago. I love this area, especially being so close to Washington D.C and close to many historical, cultural and sporting events in Virginia, Maryland and DC areas. I was a full time stay at home dad and a substitute teacher prior to becominga Earth science teacher. I have taught all grade levels, subjects and abilities, but I enjoy teaching science and social studies most. I switched careers from law enforcement to teaching. I worked in a correctional environment for five years. After the birth of my first daughter I decided to switch careers. It is better for family life. I now have two daughters Olivia and Madeleine. I also have a Bachelors degree in geography from the University of Nevada, Reno (Go WolfPack!!).
I have always wanted to go into teaching, but as life went on I took a different path. So this is my second chance. I am so excited. The DC area is a great place to be a science teacher. There is so much out here. I moved from Las Vegas, Nevada six years ago. I am originally from Colorado so I am also a Denver Broncos fan, and Colorado Avalanche fan, but I also enjoy watching and learning about the Redskins, the Nationals and the Capitals.
